We are proud to announce, for another year, we are officially recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Property this 2018 by Property Week.

Already this year, we have been awarded our ISO9001 accreditation and seen many new faces walk through the door into a variety of roles with existing team members promoted to leadership positions. It is with our business methods and dedicated employees that we endeavour to create the benchmark in aspirational living.

The award aims to identify most progressive companies in the property industry and the applicants are evaluated across eight key metrics: overall engagement; leadership and planning; culture and communication; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training and development; and pay and benefits.

Here at AGC, we are always striving to reward our teams with an ever-evolving collection of benefits in order to retain a valued company culture and naturally high employee retention rate. With an established AGC training academy, quarterly reviews to support career growth and progression, unlimited holiday, sabbaticals, time off for birthdays and perkbox accounts full of fantastic discounts and freebies (to name a few!), we realise that the little things mean a lot.
