2018 was the year that…

AGC unveiled their new look! As pioneers of innovation since 2012, we are constantly striving to create the benchmark in aspirational living, with this in mind, we felt 2018 was the year for change. With our new identity, came a new home. Along with our shiny new branding, we took our AGC London HQ to the prestigious neighbourhood of Marylebone.

Our Buying and Design teams jetted off to Europe's top design events to gather fresh inspiration for our award-winning schemes and design-led turnkey furnishing solutions. From Stockholm to Milan and Cologne to Paris, we were first on the scene to explore the freshest trends of the season. The traveling didn't stop there! Our AGC team arrived in Cannes for MIPIM 2018, attending property conferences and meeting with industry professionals.

2018 was the year that…

BoxNine7 cracked the PRS formula with their Build-to-Rent scheme at Argo alongside launching their four brand new furniture collections. The Riley and Hepworth Collections were showcased at the landmark Argent development; Fenman House, King's Cross. Their most recent furniture collections, Tillyer and Richmond, were exhibited at Ebury Place, Pimlico with Taylor Wimpey. The furniture collections are part of BoxNine7's Furniture Package service, providing landlords, developers and investors with design-led turnkey furnishing solutions. 

Not only were the BoxNine7 team spotted in London, they were on a global mission across Asia, supporting our partners in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpa, Shanghai and Dubai, they were networking and winning business with the most talked about upcoming developments.

 
 

In 2019 look out for…

BoxNine7 providing furnishings for leading developments. You can find BoxNine7 at Principle Tower with W1 Developments, Lillie Sq with Capital & Counties Properties PLC, Elephant Park with Lendlease, Greenwhich Peninsula with Knight Dragon, Lincoln Sq for Lodha, Ebury Place with Taylor Wimpey and Ballymore's London City Island & Embassy Gardens. 2018 was the year that…

A.LONDON introduced The Journal, an editorial space for you to read about the latest events, exhibitions and galleries they have explored, all to ensure style is at the forefront of their creations. Hallmarked by a clear understanding of their clients' desires and lifestyle, A.LONDON delivered on a number of projects for private clients, unveiling a showstopper at Eaton Park in Cobham, Surrey.

 
 

In 2019 look out for…

A.LONDON working with leading names in prestigious post codes. Collaborating with St George, the brand has recently delivered a beautiful show home at one of London's leading development's, Fulham Reach. A.LONDON are currently creating three eclectic show homes and a marketing suite for the major regeneration scheme at Grand Union, sit tight to see this project unfold! As well as this, A.LONDON are working with Almacantar to produce a neighbourhood-inspired scheme for their new development, Lyons Place.

2018 was the year that…

Accouter Design were crowned the proud winners of the Custom Decca, 'Redesigning the Standard' competition. Our designers have been jet setting across the globe meeting with clients, transforming their visions into reality. 2018 was a great year for our very own Design Director, Rhian Barker, who received her SBID accreditation and judged on the panel of the International Property Awards, celebrating the highest levels of achievement in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
