2019 was the year that…

AGC became the parent and stand-alone home to our portfolio of growing, award-winning brands; Accouter Design, A.LONDON and BoxNine7. Creating the benchmark in luxury and aspirational living, 2019 saw AGC deliver world-class interiors to London’s most prestigious developers completing a record number of penthouse show apartments for Almacantar, St. George, Barratt Homes and British Land.

We jetted off to Art Basel, Miami Beach, discovering the artworld’s global key players in modern and contemporary art, as well as the new generation of emerging artists.

In 2020, look out for…

…seeing our passport stamped some more, with projects completing in Portugal and the highly anticipated Royal Atlantis Residences. We’ve also got a bank of trips in the diary, soon making our way to New York, Texas and not forgetting Cannes for MIPIM2020, the world’s leading real estate market event. 

Our Buying team will continue to attend Europe’s top design events, gathering fresh inspiration for our new furniture collection launching this summer and Co-Founder, Stella Gittins will be on the judging panel for the SBID Product Awards 05/06/2020.

2019 was the year that…

Accouter Design have been extremely busy this past year, completing yet another show apartment at Chelsea Waterfront following their success from their debut and award-winning showcase in the same development back in 2018. The design studio has also been designing a new boutique development in the heart of Chelsea, which will be unveiled this summer 2020. Stepping away from the UK, our team has been travelling the world to meet with our VIP clients, from Miami to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to bringing our clients projects to reality. 

In 2020 look out for…

The team loves warm temperatures and requests for design services in the Middle East continuously grow. Accouter Design is working on a flagship scheme at the Royal Atlantis Residences in Dubai and all around Saudi Arabia. We’re also very excited about the spring launch of our 5th Accouter publication.

2019 was the year that…

A.LONDON created prestigious schemes for Barratt, St George and BNP Paribas along with scooping our 4th International Property Award for Lyons Place (a development by Almacantar) as ‘Best Interior Design Show Home’. In addition to our bespoke furniture rentals, amongst a catalogue of others, we have been busy curating 7 beautiful schemes, and counting, for The W1 development in the heart of Marylebone aiding successful sales all round. 

The end of the year saw a delectable cheese and wine evening hosted in Hexagon Apartments’ 13th floor show home looking out over the bright lights of Covent Garden and attached by an electric group of creatives and professionals.

In 2020 look out for…

The launch of A.LONDON’s newest lookbook is the ultimate addition to your coffee table. This year’s edition is curated by a series of our favourite shots taken of our most recent projects to date.

The studio has a number of exciting show homes coming up, which are soon to be revealed. In the meantime, you will find us delivering an array of exciting rental and private client schemes in Clarges, Parkwood Point, Rutland and The W1 to name just a few. 

A.LONDON will also be featuring in 3 consecutive House and Garden issues over the next few months, make sure to buy a copy to take a peak. 

2019 was the year that…

BoxNine7 teamed up with some of London’s top developers within the property market providing design-led turnkey furnishings for leading developments such as Principal Tower with Brookfield, Concord Pacific, and W1 Developments, Lincoln Square for Lodha, and our huge success with global giants Knight Dragon at Greenwich Peninsula.

The BoxNine7 team have also been jet setting and have been spotted in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpa, Shanghai and Bejing, confirming exciting projects with our international clients and investors at the most talked about upcoming developments. 

The end of 2019 also saw the launch of BoxNine7’s new vlog series, ‘Unboxing BoxNine7’, where the team revealed their highlights of the year and what they’re looking forward to this year.

In 2020 look out for…

…our largest ‘Build to Rent’ scheme to date for the Canary Wharf Group and if that isn’t going to keep us busy enough we will be launching new furniture collections and providing more schemes to leading developments including Principal Tower, Lillie Square with Capital & Countries Properties PLC, and Southbank Place.
