You are a people person and will enjoy working in a supportive role to the team in the AGC HQ. You’ll take ownership of the smooth running of our office ops and be organised and have a willing attitude to learn from others and you want to show us what you can do - taking on additional tasks is no problem! With drive and determination, you’re an eager team player and you radiate with endless positivity!

What you’ll do:
· Report to the Senior Business Manager, assisting with a mix of office
duties and ad-hoc tasks.
· Set up for our new starters, assisting with new starter’s on-boarding
and preparing all new starter gifts and induction packs for their
first day.
· Help with any company policies & procedures.
· Be the main point of contact for any office equipment and any
companywide IT issues with our IT contractor.
· Manage our boardroom and the building’s room calendars.
· Take care of the smooth running of the office and management of desk
moves, tidy rota and stationary orders.
· Take care of the management of all company software and accounts.
· Be the main point of contact for AGC in our WeWork building,
establishing a relationship with WeWork’s front desk team.
· Help with the daily collection of company post and the weekly
collection of fruit delivery from reception.
· Assisting with any company events and parties.
· Assisting with company policies, processes and any amendments.
· Providing support to the HR & Business Management Team
when required.
· Support the HR & Business Management Team when required.
· Support the business with any ad-hoc duties for the company as and
when they arise.
· Assist with basic warehouse functions and the returns process.
· Manage our accessories storage.
