AGC BTR COMMENCES THEIR LATEST PARTNERSHIP WITH CITY & DOCKLANDS
Kick-starting the year, we are excited to announce that AGC BTR is furnishing the communal areas in the new
One West Point development by City & Docklands. After winning multiple awards late last year for our design at 8 Water Street with Vertus BTR operators, our designers can't wait to install in the new West London Development. Set to become the latest landmark on London's skyline, the development located in North Acton will be the tallest building outside of Canary Wharf.
In addition to the 360° 'Insta-worthy' views of the city, One West Point will also take urban living to the next level with; landscaped gardens, intricate courtyards and additional commercial amenities for a positive mental health and well-being environment.
Communal Areas will Encourage a Positive Work-life Balance
Working closely with City & Docklands, the extensive premium list of services available to residents and the local neighbourhood will set the benchmark for West London living. Fully adapted to the new hybrid working model many people are experiencing, One West Point will be home to a 'Resident’s Study' perfect for future collaborative opportunities and a comfy spot to work from whilst the world goes by.
AWOL offers One West Point tenants a 5* experience while being part of a connected lifestyle. The communal areas will also host an endless list of social events and adaptable zones to explore. Residents will have access to a resident's bar, coffee shop, top of the range gym facilities, a children's soft play area, a day-care centre for your furry four-legged friends and more!
Our Concept
Gathering inspiration from global design events and surroundings, our team devotes time researching the area and target demographic, and One West Point is no exception. The designers will explore every aspect of the resident's lifestyle throughout the project by putting ourselves in their shoes, allowing us to tailor the design flawlessly for the development. Additionally, within our designs for the communal areas, we are opting to use local suppliers where possible.
