One Extra Day a Year.

As another gift to you we will give you one extra days paid holiday for each and every year you are with us up to a maximum allowance of 25!

Sabbatical.

Following 18 months of service with AGC all crew members are eligible to request sabbatical leave from the business.

Following your graduation at AGC we will sign you up with a Perkbox account giving you access to more than one hundred perks and rewards. Some perks include gym memberships, free food, movie tickets and more.

AGC Library.

If you purchase a book that you feel is relevant to your peers, AGC will reimburse the cost of the book via an expenses claim & receipt subject to you donating the book to the library.

Each month there is a fun budget made available to each employee. Within your teams you can pick an activity to do together. Teams are able to build on their budgets and use it across a quarter for a bigger activity such as a festival, spa day or tickets to a show!
